| Tofu and Steamed Shrimp with White Wine

1 (14 oz.) package House Premium Tofu Soft, drained
1/2 lb. shrimp, tails on, peeled
2 Tbsp. white wine
2-3 sprigs cilantro
1-2 Tbsp. of your favorite Teriyaki sauce

Place shrimp on a microwave-proof flat plate, tails inside around the plate. Sprinkle with wine and cover lightly with plastic wrap.

Heat in microwave on High between 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes until shrimp becomes red and crisp.
(If shrimp changes color before the time is up, remove the plate.) Remove plate and set aside.

Cut Tofu in half. Using a large spoon, scoop out 6 servings from each half and place onto a serving plate.
To serve, alternate Tofu with cooked shrimp. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves and Teriyaki sauce. Serve immediately.
