Tofu and Strawberry Confiture
[4 Servings]

2 (12 oz.) packages House Premium Tofu Extra Soft, drained

< SAUCE >
1/2 lb. strawberries
1/4 lb. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

1. Remove leaves from the strawbwrries by cutting a "V" on the top of strawbwrries to remove leaves and white part of strawberry.

2. Put strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a large microwave-proof bowl. (The dish "bubbles", so a large bowl will be required.) Cover with plastic wrap (see tip *). Heat in microwave on High power for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove dish and set aside.

3. Mix strawberry mixture until all sugar is dissolved. Heat again in microwave on High power, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove dish, set aside until cool.

4. Cut Tofu in half, and place on the plate. Pour the strawberry sauce over the Tofu. Serve immediately.

* Leave each end of plastic wrap slightly open (about 2 inches).
