VINAIGRETTE SAUCE
[Makes 120ml]    57kcal per portion (15ml); 0.4g salt
 

2Tbsps vinegar
4Tbsps oil
1/2tsp salt
pepper
2Tbsps grated onion

1. Put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle and cover softly with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for 30seconds. (15seconds on 1200W)

2. Take out and stir if the salt is remaining. Remove the wrap and screw top. Lasts for a month in a refrigerator.

* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle and leave for a day to the onion flavor merge into the seasonings.
