Black Amazu (Black sweet vinegar)
Long time fermented black-colored vinegar. Rich in amino acid. Tasty and aromatic.
[Makes 90ml]    18kcal per portion (15ml); 0.3g salt
 

2Tbsps Chinese black vinegar
2Tbsps water
2Tbsps sugar
1tsp soy sauce
1/2Tbsp tou-chi*
*Add one more Tbsp soy sauce if not available.

1. Put all the ingredients into a preserving bottle and cover softly with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on 600W for 1minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

3. Stir if the sugar is remaining.

4. Screw top. Lasts for a month in a refrigerator.
