Sweet-vinegared Pickled Octopus and Myouga

50g boiled octopus
2 myouga
2Tbsps amazu

1. Cut octopus and myouga into 2mm rounds.

2. Soak myouga into water, loosen the rings with your fingers and drain

3. Combine amazu with octopus and myouga and mix.
