200g tofu parsley (finely chopped)
< A > 2tsps katakuri-ko 100ml fresh cream 2Tbsps spicy gomadare 2tsps grated cheese
1. Put <A> into a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Grease gratin dish with some oil and pour <A> mixture.
3. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm thick and place on the gratin dish. Sprinkle some cheese and parsley.
4. Bake in an oven toaster until the surface is browned.
