150g pork loin (thinly sliced) 25g mitsuba
< A > 150ml water 50ml milk 1/4tsp chicken soup stock (granule)
< wasabi-gomasu > 2Tbsps gomasu 1/4tsp wasabi
1. Pour <A> into a pot and heat.
2. Cut mitsuba in 2 and boil in the soup. Draw when it turns bright green.
3. Quickly boil pork in the soup. Arrange in dish bowl with mitsuba. Strain the soup with a tea strainer and pour into the dish bowl.
4. Serve with wasabi-gomasu.
