GOMASU (Sesame and vinegar sauce)
Savory dressing made with sesame paste
[Makes 90ml]    45kcal per portion (15ml); 1.4g salt
 

2Tbsps soy sauce
2Tbsps vinegar
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
1tsp mayonnaise
2Tbsps sesame paste

1. Put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle and stir until smooth.

2. Cover softly with plastic wrap and microwave on 600W for 30seconds. (15seconds on 1200W)

3. Remove the wrap and screw top. Lasts for a month in a refrigerator.
