Crispy Asparagus with Sesame Sauce
[Serves 2]    50kcal per portion; 1.4g salt
 

100g green asparagus
2Tbsps gomadare

1. Cut off the bottom 3cm of the asparagus, cut the rest in 3cm lengths.

2. Put asparagus in an ovenproof bowl and cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 2 minutes. (1minute on 1200W)

3. Rinse in cold water, drain when the asparagus turned bright green. Mix with gomadare and serve.
