Cut off the bottom 3cm of the asparagus, cut the rest in 3cm lengths.

Put asparagus in an ovenproof bowl and cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 2 minutes. (1minute on 1200W)

Rinse in cold water, drain when the asparagus turned bright green. Mix with gomadare and serve.
