Devil’s Tongue Jelly with Sesame Sauce
Short pasta is ideal substitute for the devil’s tongue jelly
[Serves 2]    42kcal per portion; 1.4g salt
 

100g devil’s tongue jelly
2Tbsps gomadare

1. Cut devil’s tongue jelly in 5mm thick and cut them into 5mm stripes.

2. Fold a sheet of paper towel into half –size, place it in an ovenproof bowl. Put devil’s tongue jelly in the bowl and cover with the edge-open wrap. Microwave on 600W for 2 minutes. (1minute on 1200W)

3. Remove the paper towel, now the harshness of the devil’s tongue jelly is taken away.

4. Leave until the excess heat fade away. Mix with gomadare and serve.
