130g soramame with pod (net 40g) 1Tbsp salt sauce
1. Cut off both ends of the pods. Place soramame in an ovenproof plate leaving some space at the center.
2. Pour on the salt sauce and cover with the edge-open wrap. Microwave on 600W for 4minutes. (2minutes on 1200W) Serve while they are hot.
*Without using microwave, heat a griller and place the sauce-coated soramame on it. Grill until both sides of the pods get burned.
