Salt-steamed Shrimp
[Serves 2]    30kcal per portion; 1.1g salt
 

4(60g) shrimps without heads
1Tbsp shiodare

1. Devein shrimps.

2. Place shrimps on an ovenproof plate and pour on shiodare. Cover with the edge-open wrap.

3. Place a bacon rack on the turntable and place the plate with shrimps on the edge. Microwave on 600W for 1minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

4. Ready to serve when the shell turns bright red. Regulate the heating time depending on the size of shrimps and the function of microwave.
