Heat oil in a skillet and place boiled scallops.

Cover with a lid and cook over high heat for 30seconds. Remove the lid and turn over scallops, heat for another 30seconds. Remove from the heat when the scallops are lightly browned.

Arrange on plate and pour on some amamiso. Slap kinome springs with your hands and garnish the scallops with it.
