Miso marinade salmon
Miso tasted salmon grill; ready to serve with microwave
[Serves 2]    267kcal per portion; 0.9g salt

240g (2fillets) salmon
4Tbsps amamiso
sweet-vinegared ginger

1. Spread 1Tbsp amamiso on 25cm square sized plastic wrap. Place a fish fillet on it and coat with the rest of the amamiso. Wrap it tightly. The same process for the other fillet. Let it stand for 30minutes

2. Prepare 2 sheets 25cm square sized waxed papers. Fold each paper to make a triangle. Wipe out amamiso from the fish and place it lengthwise on the triangled waxed paper. Fold up the both edge and twist. Twist the remaining edges to make a boat-shape. The same process for the other fillet.

3. Place a bacon rack on the turntable and put the packages on the edges.

4. Microwave on 600W for 4-5minutes (2-2 and half minutes on 1200W). Take out when the fish is cooked.

5. Remove the waxed paper and arrange on plate with sweet-vinegared ginger.
