[Serves 2]    132kcal per portion; 1.2g salt

100g beef (thinly sliced)
200g daikon radish
6 devil’s tongue jelly balls
3Tbsps amamiso
Japanese mustard

1. Peel daikon radish and cut into 6 bars. Cut the bars into rolling wedges and place them on an ovenproof plate in circle. Place the devil’s tongue jelly balls at the center-space and cover with the edge-open wrap. Place a bacon rack on the turntable, put the plate on it and microwave on 600W for 5minutes (2 and half minutes on 1200W).

2. Roll up the sliced beef. Place a sheet of paper towel in an ovenproof plate. Place the beef rolls on it in circle. Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 2minutes (1minute on 1200W). The paper towel soaks up and gets rid of the harshness of beef.

3. Arrange cooked ingredients on a plate, pour on amamiso.

4. Serve with Japanese mustard to taste.
