1. Put all the ingredients into an ovenproof bowl and stir until smooth.
2. Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 1minute. (30seconds on 1200W)
3. Take the bowl out and cool. Lasts for a month in a refrigerator.
* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Keep in a refrigerator. It is quicker and easier.
