100g “cotton”tofu 1 peatan ginger (cut into thin stripes)
< A > 1Tbsp sumiso 1tsp sesame oil
1. Remove the mud around peatan and wash. Remove the shell and cut into 8 wedges
2. Scoop toufu with a spoon and arrange on a plate with peatan.
3. Mix <A> and pour onto the tofu and the peatan. Garnish with the ginger.
