Wakegi and squid with sumiso

1 1/2Tbsp sumiso
50g wakegi
20g squid
1tsp sake

1. Put wakegi into a plastic bag uncut. Place it at the edge of the turntable and microwave on 600W for 1minute. (30seconds on 1200W) Rinse in cold water to cool and squeeze. Cut into 3cm lengths.

2. Cut squid into 5mm stripes and put into an ovenproof bowl. Add sake and cover with the edge-open wrap. Microwave on 600W for 30seconds. (15seconds on 1200W) Take the squid out of tne microwave when it makes a popping noise even if there is time left.

3. Add sumiso and mix

* Without using microwave, boil wakegi and the squid quickly. Rinse in cold water to cool and squeeze. Mix with sumiso.
