1/4tsp Japanese mustard

2Tbsps miso
2Tbsps sugar
1Tbsp sake
1/2tsp oil

Put<A> into an ovenproof bowl and stir until smooth.

Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 1 minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

Take the bowl out of the microwave and let it cool.

Add vinegar and Japanese mustard, stir until smooth.
