SUMISO
(Vinegar miso sauce with mustard)
Thick sauce great for boiled vegetables and beef

[Makes 60ml]    46kcal per portion (15ml); 1.0g salt
 

2tsps vinegar
1/4tsp Japanese mustard

< A >
2Tbsps miso
2Tbsps sugar
1Tbsp sake
1/2tsp oil

1. Put<A> into an ovenproof bowl and stir until smooth.

2. Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 1 minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

3. Take the bowl out of the microwave and let it cool.

* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients in a pot, cook over low heat stirring until it begins to boil. Cool and add vinegar and Japanese mustard.
