Cooked Sliced-beef in Miso
Make the most of microwave function and simmer

100g beef (thinly sliced)
1Tbsp miso sauce
roasted sesame seeds

1. Cut beef into 4-5cm squares

2. Put miso sauce in an ovenproof bowl, add beef and mix with chopsticks

3. Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 2 minutes.

4. Take out the bowl, mix well and microwave on 600W again for 1 to 1 1/2 minute. This time without covering.

5. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and serve
