200g sijimi (corbiculas) 1tsp sesame oil 1Tbsp yakiniku sauce
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet
2. Put sijimi in the skillet and add yakiniku sauce.
3. Cover with a lid and cook over high heat for 1 minute. When it begins to vapor, remove the lid and make sure all the shells are open. Put off the heat and arrange on plate.
