Stir-fried red and yellow bell peppers
[Serves 2]    41kcal per portion; 0.3g salt
 

1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1tsp oil
1Tbsp yakiniku sauce

1. Remove the seeds of the peppers and cut into 1cm stripes. Put into an ovenproof bowl.

2. Add the oil, cover with the edge-open wrap. Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes. (1 and half minutes on 1200W)

3. Remove the wrap. Add the yakiniku sauce and mix.
