150g sliced beef (for yakiniku) 1tsp oil salt and pepper 1Tbsp yakiniku sauce 4 egoma leaves 4 shiso leaves
1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the beef.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Turn over when the gravy comes up on the surface, quickly pour the yakiniku sauce and sauté for another 10seconds.
3. Arrange egoma leaves and shiso leaves on plate. Place the sauteed beef besides and serve.
* Green leaf can be substitute for the egoma leaves
