SOBA SALAD
Soba with fresh vegetables and tuna
[Serves 2]    321kcal per portion; 1.3g salt
 

60g soba (dried)
50-60g tuna sashimi
3cm carrot
1tsp mustard (with seeds)
1tsp oil
1 avocado
2bunches watercress

50ml mentsuyu
1tsp olive oil
3g wasabi

1. Boil soba in 500ml boiling water. When it comes to the boil again, cover with a lid and remove from the heat. Leave for 3minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.

2. Halve avocado lengthwise and remove the skin and the seed. Cut into 1cm crosswise

3. Cut carrot into thin stripes and mix with mustard and oil

4. Arrange soba on plate. Garnish with avocado, tuna, carrot, and watercress. Pour on <A> mixture when you serve
