Boil soba in 500ml boiling water. When it comes to the boil again, cover with a lid and remove from the heat. Leave for 3minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.

Halve avocado lengthwise and remove the skin and the seed. Cut into 1cm crosswise

Cut carrot into thin stripes and mix with mustard and oil

Arrange soba on plate. Garnish with avocado, tuna, carrot, and watercress. Pour on <A> mixture when you serve
