Put <A> into an ovenproof cup. Cover with the open-edge wrap or a lid. Microwave on 600W for 2 minutes.(1 minute on 1200W) Turn off as soon as it begins to boil even if there is time left.

Strain onto the ice cubes in a bowl. Stir until the ice cubes melt and make cold broth. Lasts for a week in a refrigerator.
* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients except the ice cubes in a pot. Place over high heat without covering.
Remove from the heat when it comes to the boil. Pour onto ice cubes in a bowl.
