NIMONO-SHOUYU
Simple seasoning for stewed dishes. Try it with vegetables, fish and meat

[Makes 75ml]    26kcal per potion (15ml); 1.0g salt
 

2Tbsps soy sauce
2Tbsps sugar
2Tbsps sake

1. Put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle. Cover softly with plastic wrap and microwave on 600W for 1minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

* Without using microwave, Put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle, and leave it until the sugar is dessolved.
* Keep in the refrigerator and finish within a week in this case.
