Grilled Hime-sazae (small top shells)

6pieces hime-sazae or other kind of shellfish (200g with shells)
1Tbsp kombu-soy sauce

1. Place the hime-sazae on a cooking grill. Grill over high heat until they begin to boil inside. Pour on 1/2tsp kombu-soy sauce on each, grill another 10seconds and serve.
