ONSEN TAMAGO (Poached egg)
[Serves 1]    83kcal per portion; 0.8g salt
 

1 egg
1Tbsp kombu-soy sauce

1. Prepare a coffee cup with a saucer and put 3Tbsps water

2. Crack an egg into the cup, Make sure the egg is completely submerged. Add another 1-2Tbsps water if not. Cover with the saucer and place at the center of the turntable.

3. Microwave on 600W for 1 minute. (30seconds on 1200W)

4. Take out, drain the water and transfer to dish. Pour over some kombu-soy sauce and serve.
