2Tbsps soy sauce
2Tbsps sake
2Tbsps water
3cm square kombu (kelp)

1.
Put all the ingredients in a preserving bottle, cover softly with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for 30seconds.

Remove the wrap, cool and screw top. Lasts for a month in refrigerator. Keep the konbu soaked in the liquid. You can also enjoy the pickled konbu after using the sauce.
